Ballater Caravan Park Online Booking
Ballater Caravan Park caters for caravan, motorhome or camping stays. It is situated next to the golf course in the village of Ballater. The village, which lies on the Victorian Heritage Trail, is the largest settlement in the eastern Cairngorms National Park. The caravan park is set beside the river Dee, and, with its stunning scenery and open view of the rugged hills, it is the ideal base for exploring Royal Deeside and the eastern Cairngorms.
Opening Dates
2023 season ends on Saturday 26th November
The Caravan Park is open from 1st of March to the 30th of November 2024.
Booking Arrangements
Advance booking is advised at any time of the year. At time of booking full contact details and a non-refundable deposit of the full amount of your first night’s stay is required. By making an online booking you are accepting our terms and conditions. For further details on our terms and conditions, click here. On arrival, please report to reception to check in. If you are arriving after 6.00pm please contact the warden so necessary arrangements can be made. Failure to contact the wardens may result in the loss of the pitch allocated.
The Caravan Park has 35 numbered hard standing touring pitches with electric hook up 13 fully serviced pitches with electric hook up, water and grey water waste and 5 un-numbered grass pitches without electricity, for tents. We also have 5 grass pitches with electric hookup available suitable for tents (please contact us to make a booking for these pitches).

ADDITIONAL CAMPING STRUCTURES MAY INCUR A CHARGE OF £10.00 AND MUST BE APPROVED BY THE PARK MANAGER IN ADVANCE. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE FOR THESE CHARGES TO BE APPLIED.
